CA Service Management

  • 1.  Java Error in CA Service Desk Manager

    Hi,

     

    We are getting below mentioned error frequently in CA Service desk manager.  

    Could anyone please suggest me whether it is from CA Service Desk Manager or Windows Server or anything related to Network error.

     

    And how to over-come on this.

     

    ERROR : MESSAGE: Nimsoft Trap: Source = 10.166.184.219, Description = {http://xml.apache.org/axis/}stackTrace:java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out, Id = KZ44673144-09796, Robot = itsm-sd-w-4, ProbeId = logmon, UserTag1 = IS-GEN2, UserTag2 =

    Hi Khan,

     

    Do you have CA Service Desk integration to Nimsoft? 

     

    In which log specifically do you see this error? Perhaps you can upload the actual log file for further review?

    Khan......

     

    As Brian mentioned, seems to be an issue with Nimsoft monitoring and traps.

     

    Perhaps there is a communication issue between Nimsoft and CA SDM?
