    Hi Canan,

The category tree does pop up in the employee screen by default... here is a screenshot...

When you click on the "Incident Area" link it pops up the lookup hierarchy list.

Are you not seeing that on your system?

    Sorry, I couldn't explain.
I want the folders with subcategories to be explored in the first lookup.

(without click with mouse over folder)

    Hi Canan,

Still not sure I understand what you are looking for.   When you say you want the folders with subcategories to be explored in "the first lookup" - can you elaborate on what you mean by "first look up" ?

Are you saying that when a user with the employee role clicks the link to create a new ticket, that the category window pops up automatically?

    Canan......

If I understand your requirement, you want all categories to auto expand and show any sub-categories automatically when 'Incident Area' link is clicked?

    Is this correct?

Why to not USS and Service Catalog that have auto complete functionality vs. the old employee interface?

On top of that this type of category approach is considered outdated from an UX perspective.

    My 2 cents.

    Canan........

Do you have any additional questions in regards to this topic?

It does not seem that OOTB you can have the categories auto expand.
