  • 1.  Process Automation no Login Screen

    Hi Team,

I installed jdk, EEM and PAM without any errors. When I now want to start the Process Automation GUI the login screen doesn't pop up. In the browser tab I see the PAM icon and the servername but nothing else. I have the same behavior for IE, Firefox or chrome if I start it in my VMWare session locally or from my desktop, always the same behavior, nothing happens. I opened the firewall on my VMWare but this did not solve the problem.
What might be the reason for this problem and how can I fix it?

    Regards

    Hello Baerbel,

This might be related to the version of PAM/JDK that you are using. Check this out: Process Automation: Upgraded to JDK 8. Showing a blank page when accessed. ERROR: "Unable to compile class for JSP" in …

What version of ITPAM was installed?

Do you see any errors within the ITPAM c20.log file?

    Hi Team,

I installed PAM 4.3 SP2 and now it works.
    Thanks!
