Spectrum Upgrade from 10.1.1 to 10.1.2 SRAdmin Authentication error

    During Spectrum Upgrade - I am getting an option wherein i have to provide the credential for SRAdmin Authentication. But after giving the Hostname and Credential i am getting an error -

    "Unable to connect to CA Spectrum Remote Administration Daemon (SRAdmin) SPC-INT-20026 Unable to authenticate with SRAdmin on dccnfms1_test.

     

    Please suggest.

    Hello Shailendra

     

    There are multiple reasons why the installer may not be able to connect with SRAdmin. 

     

    1. Is SRAdmin installed? 

    2. Is SRAdmin Running? 

    3. Is the port 46517 blocked? 

    4. Is the correct user credentials being used? 

     

    CA Spectrum install fails unable to connect to SRAdmin 

    Unable to connect to CA Spectrum Remote Administration Daemon (sradmin) 

    Unable to install Spectrum on Linux
