  • 1.  PMO Accelerator installation hangs in 15.3

    Need help with the below scenario.

     

    PMO accelerator installation freezes after it reaches to views/cop_addin_lookup_map.xml. 

     

    It doesn't go further anymore. We checked all the database parameters and they are set accordingly. 

     

    DB version: 12.1.0

    Can you tell us the exact command you ran to kick off the install?


    Also is ppm running or stopped when you ran the command?

    Hi Jon,

     

    admin content csk is the command that i ran to install PMO content and PPM services are stopped. The initial issue was because of a database lock and had to clear all session in order for the script to move ahead. 

     

    Now with the view cop_addin_lookup_map.xml PMO installation fails. The log file shows error ORA-01400 : Cannot insert null into ODF_VIEWS.code.

    Hi Bhargav,

    For something like this I would recommend opening up a support case so an engineer can take a look at it with you.  There are many reasons why this error can occur, one of which could be that the DWH tables have not been imported properly prior to loading the admin csk, but there are also other possible causes.  Its best to have an engineer look at it with you.
