Hi,
I am running into some firewall issues while setting up the API Developer portal 4.2 on AWS. After setting up the portal following the steps on docops, i am having issues with the analytics dashboard and it will always throw me this error “Unable to fetch analytics data. Please contact Portal Administrator.”While troubleshooting, I realize that I am unable to get the correct response as shown inhttps://docops.ca.com/ca-api-developer-portal-enhanced-experience/4-2/en/set-up-and-maintenance/troubleshoot-analytics.
As such, I am enquiring if there is anyone who has successfully deployed portal 4.2 on an AWS EC2 instance and if there is any deployment guide on AWS that i can follow.
