Hi Everyone,

 

Just a Heads up,  this is to bring in notice (as it has been long since announcement was made in May 2017) that  Technical Support for CA Service Desk Manager* 12.9, CA Service Catalog 12.9, and CA IT Asset Manager - Asset Portfolio Management 12.9, along with their respective service packs, cumulative patches, and supported languages, will be discontinued effective March 31, 2018. Please upgrade to latest version in order to leverage maximum benefit of new features of Service Management tool.
