Is there a document /best practices guidelines to for updating/ changing hostname /IP addresses of ITSM and Client Automation tools.
This is required due to movement of DC servers to new location.
An early response will be highly appreciated
I'm not aware of a comprehensive document. But which Service Management products are you using? Moving IP addresses is usually pretty painless, unless you've been hardcoding them in the integrations. However moving hostnames can be more complex, due to the number of places they're stored.
