  • 1.  Self Service Catalog- Email issue

    Hello Team,

     

    I did a publish from Self Service Catalog and see that i did not receive any email after successful publish of job.

     

    We have recently upgraded sandbox environment to V 4.2 and this is the first time we created a data pool and published a job from TDM Portal.

     

    I saw in V 4.3 resolved issues "808497 :Not generating email from Self Service".

     

    Please suggest if we have to upgrade portal to V 4.3 or is there any patched version for Email to work.

    There is a patch available for 4.2. I would recommend upgrading to the most recent version, but you should be able to obtain the patch if you submit a support ticket.

    Hi Nikhil,

     

    I would second the motion for you to upgrade to at least 4.3 and would actually recommend 4.4.  This way you will be testing the latest version for now as the next version will more than likely be out at the End of March/First part of April.
