Is it possible to automate Virtualization process?

The Development team places the .yaml (swagger definition) files in a shared path. The Devtest tool should pick up the .yaml file and automatically create a virtual service out of it. 

If this is possible, we might dare to go to next step, where whenever there is any changes to the existing .yaml in the given path, the DevTest tool should automatically update the existing virtual service.

Is it possible?

I have not done an example of this using YAML; however, you might look to see if command line recording / service generation would work. For CMD recording, you will need to create a VRS file.  This might be done using Workstation first to build a sample YAML VRS pattern.
