  • 1.  USS Customization

    Hi Team

     

    We have few custom fields on SDM gui Request Form. We have implemented USS also and now planning to give access of uss to our end users (employee) so they will create request from there also. 

     

    before that we need to add those custom fields on USS also. how can we achieve?? i have configure Categories field in datasources so this field can be seen on request page but what about those custom fields???

     

    Please guide

    Aamir,

     

    You can expose SDM attributes into USS using the Configure button on the SDM datasource screen.

    that would be great...i thought mobile attribites is only for mobile app to

    pull custom fields there . i will try for uss now

    I am  not seeing a Configure button.   Could it be hidden?

    Patsy,

     

    Mostly that's because your account is missing the needed privilege to see the Settings button.  Usually that's available to users who belong to the USS Admin group.
