  • 1.  Support AUtomation Live chat issue on employee interface

    Dear Team,

     

     

    We have just COnfigured Support AUtomation feature. From Employee interface...when we CLick on 'Live CHat' it gives follwing window

     

     

     

    After that..when we put incident area and description and click to Continue...FOllwing error comes up...what could be the issue??

     

     

     

    Following is my configuration of support automation

    Aamir,

     

    I think your Support Automation URL  should be   http://sdsc:8090/SupportAutomation  in the above SDM options.  

     

    Do you have some URL Rewrite module on IIS that's running?  Normally the browser should have done something like this:

     

    GET /CAisd/pdmweb.exe?SID=305332997+FID=7170+URL=http%3A%2F%2FSDMServerName%3A8070%2FSupportAutomation%2Fjsp%2FassistanceSession%2FforceLogin.jsp%3FBOPSID%3D%25bopsid%26queueID%3D1%26roleID%3D10005%26routeID%3D402111%26lID%3D1+OP=LINK_WITH_BOPSID+KEEP.IsPopUp=1+KEEP.POPUP_NAME=+popupType=1 HTTP/1.1 

     

    But in your case its doing below (notice its missing   pdmweb.exe?SID=xxxxxxx+FID=***+URL=        )

    Actually, the port should be 8070, not 8090. I think the main problem is the fact that the Options Manager url has "http[s]", the s in the bracket is breaking the url. Change it to remove the "[s]"
