    1603 is a generic failure. You need to check the install logs for the real cause.

    The MDB setup logs says it finished OK,(02-22,03:07:41 MDB setup completed successfully), You need to check the installer logs.

    Did you use the %temp% variable to find TEMP, or did you just look at C:\TEMP, C:\TMP or C:\Windows\TEMP?

     

    Only the TEMP directory referred to by the variable will be the correct location. This is the TEMP directory of the USER who ran the install. It will likely be something like C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp

    I cannot find an error (1603) in the traces.

     

    What problem are you seeing now after the install as lt looks like CAF was started.
