    We are looking to implement a bot to help answer those common and repetitive questions.  Is there anyone out there that has any experience with a bot?

    It's a cool idea! I've never heard of anyone else doing this sort of thing though. Usually the "solution" is an internal Knowledge Bases or community site where at least some of those recurring questions (and answers) can be reused. 

     

    Doesn't always work, though.
