    I see this has happened. Support Automation Analyst UI failed to start successfully moved from CA Mainframe Management & Analytics to CA Service Management

    After some additional consideration of your problem, I invite you to open a case with the SERVICE DESK MANAGER support team. I believe that they are going to want to know your client and server set up, release of the product, and possibly steps you did to receive the error. I think is going to be the quickest way to get your answer.

    Hello!

    I'am searching on it an I got the answer for this problem by myself
    but sorry i forget to post the solution overhere. 
    The solution is we have to install 32-bit Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version 1.6 or later. The Support Automation Analyst Interface does not support the 64-bit JRE.

    Perfect.

     

    Just wondering, had you found the knowledge article regarding that?  I saw that the article is listed when using these search terms:   support automation connection.  The article that I am referring to is this one: KB000040285 Support Automation Error: "Can not establish a connection to the server"
