Only for a single user the clarity application is throwing error.Please find the error attached..
When we tested from our side. The user account itself is not getting logged in. it keeps on spinning .
What does the log says. Is it for one portlet then you might want to reset the user portlet

App ca logs wil tell where its failing, how about you restore the portlet. What action is causing this error?
Check in app-ca.log for the user who is having the login issue by going to security.logs
If it is slow when loading the home page, the user may have placed a heavy portlet on the home page, you might want to reset the user's home page.
Also, the other portlets (that fetch bulk data rows) can be set to do not show results until filtered for the page to load faster.
Also the logs should point you to the exact issue.
Is that limited to the workstation and can the user access other web pages without delays?
