Hi! In Agile Central, the term "Project" is akin to a "Team", so I would recommend having just one Agile Central Project for your Team. You could then add work for your various projects, to this one Agile Central Project, or have child projects to encapsulate each one.

With multiple projects/workstreams in one Agile Central Project, there are a couple things you can do to help show what your Team is working on:

    • Use Portfolio Items to roll work up to separate projects/features
    • Use tags to note which project(s) the work relates to. This is nice if a piece of work affects multiple projects as you can have multiple tags.
    • Use colors for the stories to show the work's project. Have each color represent a project
    • Use swimlanes in the Kanban app to separate work by project (this is not yet available in the Team Board unfortunately)

Hopefully that gives you some inspiration to get started. If you'd like more details one any of these, please let me know!
