Exporting and Importing apiOwner groups and ApiOwners in Portal

  • 1.  Exporting and Importing apiOwner groups and ApiOwners in Portal

    We have apiOwnersgroups setup in a portal in one environment. We would like to know if there is a way to export these portal apiOwner groups and their respective apiOwners then import them in another portal deployment. This will be helpful to us. Thank you.

    What portal are you talking about? WebSphere?

    What version of APM?

    Then this is in the wrong community, which is why I was asking in the first place to ascertain. This should be in API-M, not APM.

    This question should be in the API Management communities, but I'll provide answers here in the meantime.

     

    For API Portal v3.5, there is no method of exporting users or API Owner Groups. The portal backup and restore procedure will be able to, but that will also bring over everything else in the deployment.
