CA Service Management

I was doing fresh installation of CA Service Desk 14.1. However  got the error while configuring CA Service Desk Manager. Attaching the install.log file and error screenshot.

Kindly update what can be the issue.

Hi Kripesh

It is somewhat difficult to see what is the issue here as we do not have enough information. The logs messages are not that helpful, but it appears the configuration failed on the database task. Get the mdb_install.log and configure.log as these may shed some more light to the cause of the error.

I have uninstalled Oracle Server and Installed again and then configuration worked.
