  • 1.  Catalog Folders and Offerings Permissions

    I created a new folder and service offering in one of my BUs.

    After creation, I changed the folder and offering permissions and now, after that change the folder/service offering was not viable for no users.

    Even logged in as spadmin in that BU I cannot see the offering.

    How can I reset this permissions to make folder/offering visible again.

    Good Morning Paulo.

     

    As for the newly created offering.

    Could it be that this offering is shown in another BU? Or the 'Root'BU perhaps?

    In SC/Catalog/Offering>Search, does it appear somewhere? In any BU?

    Does is show in the mdb, to check for it's BU?

    The itens are in database with same BU. As a solution I created a new folder and service offering
