Hello Anunranjan,
1) I would check the LAX file and see If "-Djava.awt.headless" is set as true "-Djava.awt.headless=true", If not set as true and restart the MOM.
2) If above yes, try to enable Workstation Client log or If using Webstart, enable Java log, check if there is any relevant message inside the log. Copy for us, so we can help.
