    We are already using your  CA PPM tool which doesn't have bug tracking in it. We are evaluating tools like Xproject, Bugzilla, Redmine and Mantis.

     

    Which one the tool can be seamlessly can be integrated with CA PPM tool.

    It really depends on what tool you want. Any tool which has XML based integration should work. We have XOG as Web service. I guess you need to have some feasibility study and then finalize the tool

    I think they would first need to document what problem they are trying to solve first so that they can understand what facilities they need to have accessible via each product.  You can easily bring information in and our of just about any enterprise level product, the hard part is understanding what information your need, which direction (one way or bi-directional), how often it is updated (immediate, scheduled), how it is updated (XOG, direct DB, etc).  Do you need to launch one app from another?
