  • 1.  Match - Transactions vs User vs Errors

    Hi team,

Is there a way to match the amount of transactions received (successful or failed) with the number of users?

The main idea is that the client requires to know that of so many errors presented, that affected so many clients.

If we can make a match between the number of transactions vs the number of users vs the number of errors, I would like to know how we can do it.

The client have installed CA CEM / CA APM / CA TIM.

    Thanks for the help.

    Hi Richard,

If you have not already looked at the CEM Report features (from CEM UI) they might provide what you need:

CEM Reports - CA Application Performance Management - 10.5 - CA Technologies Documentation

    Regards,

CEM will only give summary information on successful transaction information. Defects may or may not capture user ids based on the session identifier mapping. So using ip address may help.

You also want to use the CEM Flex Reports or Export Tool to manipulate the raw data
