Hi Sushanta, below is a few possible root causes and solutions:

    - Are you receiving any error messages like 'zip could not be downloaded'? If so, this is a known issue when using IE and can be solved by using Chrome or changing your IE settings.

    - Do you have 2 Portal instances running against a single repository? The root cause of this problem is having 2 TDM Portal instances pointing to a single TDM Repo. The *other* TDM Portal instance appears to have picked up the request and processed it which caused the job related files to *not* be available within the TDM Portal Instance in question. After shutting down the 2nd instance, jobs were run properly from the 1st instance and were available for download as expected. Per our developers, we currently only support a 1:1 relationship between TDM Repo's and GTServers/TDM Portals. Having 2 configured for the same repo is not supported. The dev team noted that this is on their radar already, however there is no ETA as to when support of such an environment/configuration would be available.

Yes. The issue is with IE. In Chrome download is working fine.

What setting need to perform in IE to make the download work. ?  Thank you for the support.

Which version of IE are you using? Sometimes the internet options are set to highest security by the administrator which may cause the problem. Can you please trying lowering the security settings?
