Catalog Request in SDM Dont Display Special Characters

After configuring the SSL connections for catalog and uss and finally being able to reconfigure the data source with all secure connections, I came across a problem.


When the user opens a new ticket from catalog to SDM all the special characters contained in the description of the new request are not displayed correctly.


Like the cedillas and accented words, which are replaced by symbols like: ç, çã.




I figured it might be something related to IIS or some specific configuration of Tomcat enconding, anyway, I still can not solve the problem.


Have any of you ever been through something like this?
