CAAgileCentralConnectorforJira not syncing date time

    Hey guys,

     

    We are trying to utilize this connector but it seems to be having issues with the date field in rally to date time field in Jira.

    I am using the RallyDateTimeFieldHandler below:

    <RallyDateTimeFieldHandler>
    <FieldName>SupportReviewDate</FieldName>
    <DateTimeFormat>%FT%T.%L%z</DateTimeFormat>
    </RallyDateTimeFieldHandler>

     

    but still the connector does not accept this with an error of:

    [2018-03-09 00:22:57 Z] ERROR : RallyEIF::WRK::JiraConnection.rescue in attempt_update - Attempt to update issue WR-378360 failed, JiraIssue.jiralize missing logic to set customfield_17435 value (of field_type |datetime|) with value = |2018-03-10T05:00:00.000+0000|


    [2018-03-09 00:22:57 Z] ERROR : RallyEIF::WRK::JiraConnection.rescue in attempt_update - Fields supplied to attempt_update: {"Support Review Date"=>"2018-03-10T05:00:00.000+0000"}

     

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    KristianM29492 - Just wanted to let you know we have a Defect logged with the Development team for this issue. When the new release is available, I'll be sure to get you a copy.
