I am getting an Attachment failed error in the status after creating clone in VTDM. I have attached my error below.

The vDataService logs indicate a lack of permissions to access the share that the appliance exports.
Please take a look at the below link as it should help you solve your issue(s ).
In reviewing the error, it indicates bad user name or password.
Assuming the credentials are valid, is AD/LDAP in use?
On the portal server can you check this log - %programdata%\ca\CA Test Data Manager Portal\logs\TDMvDataService.log also can you confirm which version of windows / MS SQL you are using?
