Hi experts, I have an issue with CAB approvals. is there any way to add multiple people approval in change order work flow? For example: all 3 people needs to approve in cab.... right now if 3 people are there and one approved it will approved.... is there any possibility that "All must approve". How can I do that.. please give me some steps. Thanks in advance.

It sounds like your change order required 3 person approval before it can implement.  Just idea - why don't you have 3 workflow tasks or group tasks of 3?

Yes i want my all 3 members to approve change order.... even 1 of them disagree then it should not go 2nd step...all the must approve.

Simply 3 workflow tasks would task 10, task 20, task 30. Each task assign to one person. If the first does not complete/approve, it won't go to next task.

Group tasks would be a little bit complex.  I found some past discussion about it. Classic Workflow - Tasks with dependencies
