dwh_setup_information.txt in 15.4

When I run checkinstall on a clean Windows system with the database dumps  restored and the logins and users created before installing 15.4 I get a warning

(Note the slash instead of the back slash)

When it go to look for the dwh_setup_information.txt it is not there

If I go to that folder as soon as the checkinstall really starts running it is there, but by the time  checkinstall completes it dissappears

Just wondering again...

Why?

Then looking at the file it contains

    -- SQL Server 2008

    IF (SELECT (CAST(LEFT(CAST(SERVERPROPERTY('ProductVersion') AS VARCHAR(20)), CHARINDEX('.', CAST(SERVERPROPERTY('ProductVersion') AS VARCHAR(20)), 1) - 1) AS INTEGER))) = 10

        BEGIN

        exec sp_dbcmptlevel 'clarity_dwh', @new_cmptlevel=100

        END

    -- SQL Server 2012

    IF (SELECT (CAST(LEFT(CAST(SERVERPROPERTY('ProductVersion') AS VARCHAR(20)), CHARINDEX('.', CAST(SERVERPROPERTY('ProductVersion') AS VARCHAR(20)), 1) - 1) AS INTEGER))) = 11

        BEGIN

        exec sp_dbcmptlevel 'clarity_dwh', @new_cmptlevel=110

        END

IF NOT EXISTS (SELECT 'yes' FROM syslogins WHERE LOWER(name) = LOWER('ppm_dwh') )

        BEGIN

          exec sp_addlogin 'ppm_dwh','niku','clarity_dwh','us_english'

        END

-- Set isolation level to 'read committed snapshot' for SQL Server 2005

That is it refers to MS SQL server 2005, 2008 and 2012

According to 15.4. release notes none of those is supported

Is that a bug as it is in the product and not in the documentation?
