I need to know who(which collaboration mgr or document owner) has changed the file permission for an individual participants in the collaboration file.When I see in CMN_SEC_ASSGND_OBJ_PERM table the fields CREATED_BY and LAST_UPDATED_BY are having same value as PRINCIPAL_ID itself which is nothing but the participants form whom permission has been changed..
So please someone help me in understanding why it is not capturing the last updated by user?
