  • 1.  unable to start CA IDM 14.1

    I have installed the CA IDM 14.1 in JBoss EAP 6.4.0.GA, MS SQL 2014, Windows 2008 

    When I start the IDM application I'm getting the below error. Kindly help some one what is causing this?

    You have opened ticket 00984534 with CA Support to troubleshoot this issue.

    Please see with Support Engineering how to fix this.

    Solution from the case was to re-create object store DB.

    Am getting the same error, how to re-create object store DB ?
