Is there any way that we can import all SDM groups and Users into that group in EEM.

At this point EEM is unable to use the Service Desk contact records as a user repository. If your Service Desk environment is configured to import users from an LDAP environment, you may be able to configure EEM to point to that same LDAP environment, and then you can import the users from there. If the users were created directly in Service Desk, though, then EEM won't recognize them.
