  • 1.  Timezone in exported data

    Dates in exported data do not follow the system timezone if some timezone is set on the contact.

    Is there a way to change the setting so that the exported data always follows the system timezone?

    Hi Chirag,
    The knowledge article explains this topic: Why might the Open Date of Incidents in the Export results not match the Open Date as viewed via the web interface?

    It should be the end user machine (web browser) local timezone not the contact timezone.

    Well unfortunately it is not working that way.

    I did tests and found that if there is no timezone set for a contact, the time will be in server timezone.

    If timezone is set, it will use that timzone for the exports.
