  • 1.  SSO URL for CA Agile Central excel plug in

    Hi,  I have installed excel plug in for CA Agile Central.   I'm not sure What URL to use for SSO authentication, after clicking on "Connect to CA Agile Central" .  Could you please help me on this?   My userid is anjghosh@cisco.com, which I use to login to Rally from web browser.

    Ushma,

     

    Your Subscription is not SSO.  You should use the basic authentication and the login information you use to access Agile Central.  If you still have an issue, please open a Support Case.  You may do that when logged into Agile Central by following the information below.

    I will need to give you a company specific URL that I would rather not post here.  I will get a case created for you so we can work with you via the case.
