  • 1.  Office 365 probe alerting on Self-Monitoring Failures

    Hi All,

     

    The below alerts are seen in the office 365 probe, what could the cause be:

     

    Self-Monitoring Failures for 'O365:LICENSES.AssignedLicenses': Data Collection (1 of 5 failed). See office365.log for more details

     

    Self-Monitoring Failures for 'O365:LICENSES.LicenseUtilization': Monitor Correlation (1 of 22 failed), Data Collection (1 of 22 failed). See office365.log for more details

    Hello Sirha!

     

    What you have in the office365.log?

     

    If possibel set the probe at loglevel 3 and logsize 25000, reproduce the issue and send the log.

    If these alarms are unwanted they can be disabled.
