I am trying to update the default user session timeout for the Portal. I think portal asks to enter the login credentials after 15 mins of inactivity. Is there a way to increase the value above 15 mins ?

Also, do we have any similar option to set the inactivity time for workstation. Currently the workstation is keep the session active till the user closes the workstation window. Do we have an option to terminate the workstation session after some period of inactivity ?

Try updating local.properties with:

console.max.user.lifetime.seconds=xxxx where xxxx is the number of desired seconds between re-logins.

I do not know if there is a similar setting for Workstation.
