Clarity

Hi All,

While trying to upload Clarity avatar display picture in my clarity account, facing the below error.

The picture is .jpg type and its only 11kb size file. Tried out different picture and also different types too but still throwing the error.

GUESSING ; that error message indicates that .jpg are not allowed upload types in your system. There is a setting in the Admin menu under General Settings / System Options / Document Manager Options that might affect that?

Hi David,

Made the changes in the system option to make .jpg file available. Now the sudden error is.

DMS-02107: Unable to create the directory in the DMS. Contact your system administrator.

OK, well GUESSING again.... but that error is complaining about your DMS (document management system) - how is that configured? (Do you even think it is configured?)

Sounds like an error when it is configured to use the file system for document storage, but the configuration is pointing to a file system that doesn't exists or that doesn't have the right privileges (something that would be the case if its just not setup correctly).

Your guessing was right David ! the document management system was not configured in the system.

Did you manage to upload any other document. It certainly looks your file store is not set correctly

What browser you are using? Is this happening with IE or any other browser?

SumanPramanik - tried out in Firefox,chrome and IE and still face the issue.
