  • 1.  Can developers test the published API from the portal?

    Hi,

     

    Do we have any feature in API Portal that allows developers to test the API exposed from Portal itself. Does API portal 4.2 has rest client built in to allow this functionality to developers?

    Yes, there is API Explorer to test APIs, Test and Explore APIs - CA API Developer Portal - 4.2 - CA Technologies Documentation .

    Note that you need to upload/publish the interactive document (wadl/swagger) to the API first, otherwise you cannot see the API in API explorer, Publish APIs - CA API Developer Portal - 4.2 - CA Technologies Documentation
