Hello

I have a Win10 1607 LTSB VM where the CA Packager Agent 14.0.2000.255 is installed.

The post scan always shows the error 004 in module SxpCrRel.

In the related log, one of the message:

Couldn't add $(SxpLocalAppDataDir)\TileDataLayer\Database\EDBtmp.log to cmp archive.

The post scan needs very long to run.

On Win7 it was much faster!

Is there any help on this.

Is there anything in Win10 which should be disabled so that not so much "noise" is produced?

win 10 build 1709 

in the end its successful pack the file, but giving the error first

Hi Iza,

The file EDBtmp.log is a Windows log file and I think it could not be added as it is in use by Windows.

You could exclude some directories from Packager scan in order to avoid this problem.

Example in order to exclude C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\TileDataLayer, you could do this :

In Packager, select File - Configure Reference System... :

In "Configure Reference System", click on tab Paths to exclude.

Then select the path to exclude (C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\TileDataLayer).

Make sure that "Recursive" checkbox is checked.

And click Add button.

The path should appear in the list of paths to exclude.

You could do the same for others files causing the same problem.

the Packager scan is very slow,its taking 5 Min only to open and 3 Min to start pack 

it does not matter what i put in the exclusion list

i cant pack like this....help....!
