  • 1.  Custom Table created but not saving

    Hello Experts

     

    i have created 4 custom tables  in my test environment. when saving it...its giving following error

     

    what could be issue...so i m not able to publish this also...pls advise

    Hi Aamir,

     

    From the screenshot I could only understand that the common name filed is empty? Have you tried providing a value to it and then publishing the data? You may want to attach the new screenshot which will show all the information of the custom table/ fields.

    Hi Mahesh

     

    common name field i wanted to add the value but there is nothing in the dropdown. and i cannot manually add in this field.

    i followed the following url from which im now able to save n publish the table...

     

    but i need one clarification.

     

     

    Custom table 1st column can only be created if we create 'sym' column....why is that?

    like i was trying to add column 'id' but it was not creating...later on after sym creation....i can add mutiple coumns in custom table

    Aamir, take a look at the stdlog and the DBMS log and the errors there should tell you why. Thanks _Chi
