When searching for Request/Incidents/Problems, Additional Search Arguments field is visible after clicking several "More" links. I am trying to find this field under list_in.htmpl, list_cr.htmpl and list_pr.htmpl with no result.
The issue is that, for example, when searching for a Request and type in any Category (or any fields for that matter) and hit search, you are presented for example 5 result tickets. The search is then saved so that it will become available in the scoreboard.
On the scoreboard upon clicking on the saved search, you are presented with a different number of tickets and upon investigating, the result of the saved search contains not just Request but Incidents as well.
