First post and new to CA PPM. Within the status report page we have added a mandatory custom attribute where a user is expected to enter a numeric value for that reporting month. The following month the user will create a new status report, save it and then select action-copy function to populate the data from the previous month into the current status report.
With the mandatory custom attribute that we have added we want the value to be reset to null (blank) as we require our users to re-enter a numeric value. Yes we could ask our users to override the copied value but unlikely to happen.
Any ideas how to best approach this? Would it be setting up a process. Appreciate your advise.
