I install UMP and connect with uim its was running before but Now i am trying to open so i am unable to open .
Please guide me,

You will need to provide some additional information
Do you get this once you "login" ? or just when trying to reach the UMP with a browser?
Is the UMP Wasp working? Why are you trying to connect to port 8080?
What version of UIM?

The UMP wasp is not working . how Ump wasp work again
i mistakenly delete the wasp probe. How can i again install or deploy.
please guide me
The better approach here will be you to open a CA Support Ticket and then we can help you to rebuild your UMP Server back!
Not sure if just deploying the wasp probe from your Archive to the UMP Server will work!
Maybe will need to install if from scratch to do not have any other's side effects for other issues.
If you have a VM Snapshoot, please do the Rollback.

Try to reinstall UMP, re-run the UMP installer
Is the UMP probe with Port and Pid?
Is the Data_Engine probe connected to the DB? (Use the Test Button)
What is the UIM/UMP version?
Can you please set the data_engine probe and ump probe at log level 3 and logsize 75000, wait around 10 min and send the logs.
If you able to open UIM Infrastructure manager ,please go to UMP robot and check the wasp probe status and view logs ,that can provide more info.
Whether all the probes are working fine in primary UIM ?

Have you tried to re-run the installer?
Please try to reinstall the UMP again ..any errors while installing UMP can you check the installation logs
