Does the time duration of a Blocker get removed from the overall execution duration of the User Story that is blocked?

    Hi Mike,

I believe the time it is blocked is still counted so that an accurate record of the time the story took to complete took.

West is correct, all measurements of story aging like cycle time and lead time include time in the Blocked state. If you wanted to measure cycle time with Blocked time and time in the Ready (wait) state included then you're looking for "flow efficiency". If you need one then you can find an (unsupported) app that measures flow efficiency at GitHub - RallyTechServices/cycle-time-apps: Cycle Time related apps . Hope that helps.
