Testing live assistance page is not opening...pls help.
please confirm if you have Java installed on machine, if yes then make sure that path is updated under environmental variable. i believe if you click on Live Assistance button, it will download an utility and you have to run that utility in order to access the support automation tool.
let us know if you are doing something else.
We need some more info and details on the problem. I am assuming you are referring to support automation, can you confirm that? Also do you get an error on the screen? What actually happens when you attempt to open that page you are referring to?
Adding to John reply, could you also confirm whether you also tried the same with other browsers? Is this working before or its for the first time you see this error page?
Can you confirm if there was any change in the command that you are trying to run on the browser to open the live chat. Also please do paste the command/URL in this post for further review.
It looks like there is an issue with running the pre-installed client executable. Can you confirm that the pre-installed agent is in fact installed on the desktop you are running Support Automation on?
