  • 1.  Disable Knowledge button

    Hi Team

     

    i have added few more Request areas when i select those categories then Save button disable and View knowledge button get enables and then i can save the ticket once view knowledge.

     

    The older Categories which i already have doesnt have this fuctionality..Like in below snapshot..ERP is is already there from long....and i can save the ticket  without viewing knowledge base....Same functionality i want on new categories ..i just want to save it...no need knowledge button enable for new category...how can i do this?

    Hi Aamir,

    The knowledge Article is about the "View knowledge before Save" button.

    View Knowledge base button appears for some request areas.
