I've got empty reports on my french desktop client in 12 SP2. Another customer told me he has no problem in SP1.
Does anybody else have the same issue ?
If there is no problem with SP1, please open a case at CA support to start investigations.
I am looking forwards to the answers from a non-English Desktop PC. It is very easy to check. For instance, generate JOBS_BY_TYPE built-in report from Services Perspective.
