  • 1.  Generate reports on a non english desktop client

    hello,

    I've got empty reports on my french desktop client in 12 SP2. Another customer told me he has no problem in SP1.

    Does anybody else have the same issue ?

    Hi,

    I am looking forwards to the answers from a non-English Desktop PC. It is very easy to check. For instance, generate JOBS_BY_TYPE built-in report from Services Perspective.

    If there is no problem with SP1, please open a case at CA support to start investigations.

    Hello,

    Ok, but I already opened a case in november. After few weeks, the support told me that the solution was to use an English OS...
