  • 1.  How to open logs.bin ?

    I know that is possible to see many of CA PAM logs, but only logs.bin i do not know how to open the file to see the log informations.

     

    Any one knows that? Or only CA Engineers can open?

    Hello Matheus,

     

    logs.bin indeed is encrypted and can only be decrypted by CA Support.

     

    I suggest to download the CA Remote Engineer file which will have almost the same (even more) information than the logs.bin - and which is not encrypted.
