  • 1.  Capacity vs. Allocation by OBS- no data on FTE

    Hi,

     

    On running "Capacity vs. Allocation by OBS" the data is coming for every month when hours are selected (Page 2) (for a selected  resource); however on selecting FTE, no data appearing and only 0s.

     

    In CA document,  it is mentioned that the amounts being converted to FTE depend on the Data Warehouse calendar table. I dont understand this. How can I resolve this?

    I believe you have ensured the pre requisites are met Capacity vs. Allocation by OBS - CA PPM - 15.4 - CA Technologies Documentation 

     

    Also I see a known bug DE34301  Available FTE is wrong in Advanced Reporting. Fixed in 15.3 and 15.2 patch 3 onwards

     

    Which version you are using ?

    Thanks Suman; however all pre-requisites meet as data is appearing in hours but FTE. We are on 15.2.0.213 02 10.

    Its high chances you are hitting this bug, try applying the patch in development environment and test and if that doesn;t fix open a support case
