    Hi Santosh,

The first and foremost check would be to make sure all the jobs have synced.

Can you please run the Investment Allocation job , Update Hierarchy job and Update Cost Totals and check the EAC again.

    Thanks,

    Jerin

Thanks for the update, In this scenario the project which I am pointing to has 3 child records and for 2 of the child records has 100% allocation given.

    Will this effect ?

Ok, I will check the jobs which you have mentioned.

    Hi Jerin,

Can you please explain about the Jobs you mentioned. I just wanted to know where can we see the changes after we run them.

    Thanks,

    Santosh.

    Hi Santosh,

You might want to check this

    https://docops.ca.com/ca-ppm/15-3/en/reference/ca-ppm-jobs-reference#CAPPMJobsReference-InvestmentAllocationJob

After running these jobs, check the EAC at Project level and hierarchy level and let me know if it matches.

    Thanks,

    Jerin

The amount which is shown in the EAC field in the Project List layout, does it include the Forecast from the Actuals from till last month + Forecast till future ?

    Yes. that's right..

    EAC = Actuals + ETC

So after running all the required jobs, is it showing up correctly now?

    Thanks,

    Jerin
